By accessing and using CorbettStay.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Booking Services
We act as an authorized booking agent for partner resorts in Jim Corbett. All bookings are subject to the individual resort's policies, availability, and confirmation. We are not the service provider but an authorized booking agent.
3. Payments and Cancellations
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Cancellation policies vary by resort and booking type. Flex Pass add-on provides enhanced cancellation terms. Refunds are processed according to the applicable policy at the time of booking.
4. Government Safari Permits
Important: CorbettStay.com does NOT sell government safari permits or charge permit fees. We only book resort stays and arrange safari assistance through our partner resorts. For official government safari permits, visit corbettonline.uk.gov.in.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit viruses, or engage in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on CorbettStay.com, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nainital, Uttarakhand.
